Every learner completes the six core modules plus the product modules relevant to what their business offers. If your business offers any of the eleven RIA product classes, the training applies to you — get in touch and we'll confirm scope and recommend the right module combination for your team.
Six core modules cover the regulatory and conduct foundation, mapped to the Insurance Council's three competency areas: Knowledge of Insurance, Technical Abilities, and Business Skills. On top of that, every learner takes the product modules relevant to what their business offers, plus the industry module for their environment.
Plus 11 product modules (Credit Protection, GAP, Vehicle Warranty, Travel Insurance, Portable Electronics, Funeral, Rental Vehicle, Cargo, Pleasure Craft Warranty, Construction Equipment Warranty, Farm Implement Warranty) and 9 industry modules — your team only takes what's relevant to your business.
Every industry module pairs sample compliant conversations with the customer scenarios your team actually encounters. Here's a small sample of what's inside.
The curriculum compares compliant language with the kind of language that creates regulatory risk. Here's one example from the dealership module.
Time pressure doesn't remove the requirement for proper disclosure. The training works through this exact scenario, including the three incorrect responses that look reasonable but fail the Code of Conduct.

Accreditation submissions open in July 2026, and we'll be submitting our program for review as soon as the Council's process is live. We'll keep this page updated as our accreditation moves forward.
