You can help shape the future of the insurance industry

Within the next few years, the insurance industry is going to change. We've been hearing about the impending mass retirement of the baby boomers, but not much about the efforts to counteract this loss of talent.

Now, with the launch of the Canadian Insurance Scholarship Program, current industry professionals can help the new generation of insurance leaders get their careers started.

For a set donation, insurance companies, agencies, individuals or any group who wants to see the insurance industry remain strong, can sponsor a high school student in their quest to become licensed as a Level 1 insurance professional.

Each donation provides the student with access to the online Level 1 video preparation course for their province, the provincial insurance exam fee and ongoing support during the studying, exam preparation and job hunting processes.

Thank you to Winmar who signed up to be the first sponsor of the Canadian Insurance Scholarship Program!

Do you want to help attract new talent into the insurance industry? Sponsor a student today! For more information or to make a donation, visit the Scholarship's homepage.
